| Why Did My Credit Card Not Go Through? | | To protect our customers and our business against online and credit card fraud we maintain a number of protections offered by card issuers that may result in a decline of credit. If your order is delayed, you should check your account online to make sure it was approved or has been shipped or was cancelled. Orders made with credit cards that do not process automatically cancel. Your account status will indicate the reason why. Common reasons why cards do not go through are mismatched billing addresses or wrong CVS codes. You should contact your card issuer for additional information. | | When May I Cancel My Order? | | You may cancel your order at any time until we commence processing (usually within 24 hours of placing your order) by logging into your account. Once we have begun to process your order, you will not be able to cancel it online and your order will have to be handled as a return or exchange. Our processing may require shipment from out of state to our warehouse before we ship to you and we incur costs before your order is shipped to you. Please place your order accordingly. | | What Happens If Something Is Backordered? Items are shipped direct from the manufacturer, or You indicate on your order that you only want your entire order in which case we cancel the entire order if one or more items are not available. If an item is backordered and will delay shipping beyond the processing or shipping time for which you paid, we will notify you and you have the option of subsituting that item or receiving a refund for that item (not the entire order unless you indicated in the comment section when you created your order that you wanted the entire order). All orders are billed in accordance with the payment method you select at the time you make your purchase. We only process orders once we receive payment. | | May I Make A Special Request Regarding My Order? | | If you have a specific request regarding your order, you may want to email us before placing your order especially if your request has to do with delivery or options not specified in the item description. Delivery requests should be directed to your carrier. | | Do You Have a Catalogue You Can Send? | | We update our items so often, that a catalogue isn't feasible. Our current catalogue is online. New products hit the homepage first (as do new coupons). | | Do You Ship To The UK? | | We occasionally ship to the UK, but it depends on the cost. We recommend that you order and we will provide an estimate of the shipping cost. If it is as indicated in your cart, you will receive no additional notice but a shipping notice when your item ships. We do recommend that you check your status online. The item won't be approved (and you will be able to cancel) until we have checked the shipping and can process the item. Shipping times may be a week or two longer as we select the most affordable option. |
