Used on horses to keep them from panicking, hawks and even cats, this device will calm a dog that cannot control himself. It is used in vet™s offices to calm a panicked animal, groomers for nail clipping, or in a car. It attaches around the collar on the top and bottom of the head with Velcro(tm).
